Earthworks haulage visualisation
Your haul, running on your numbers.
Send us your earthworks methodology and your haulage spreadsheet. We turn them into a 3D visual of the job, with trucks, loaders and haul roads running on the speeds, loads and cycle times in your sheet.
- Perth and WA
- Earthworks only
- Your numbers, not ours
What you get
See the haul, not just the spreadsheet.
A spreadsheet gives you the cost per tonne. A visual shows your client, and your own team, how the job actually runs: how the trucks cycle between the loader and the dump, how a wet day slows the haul, and why the fleet is the size it is.
- A 3D visual of your earthworks job: haul roads, loading and dumping areas, trucks and loaders
- Trucks and loaders running on the speeds, loads and cycle times in your spreadsheet
- The same adjustments as your sheet: change a speed, a load or the conditions, and see the effect
- Conditions you can show, such as wet or dry haul roads, day or night shifts, dust on unsealed roads, delays and pre-starts
- A video for your tender submission or client presentation
- Your spreadsheet and methodology kept confidential
How it works
From your spreadsheet to a visual you can adjust.
-
Step 01
Tell us about the job
Send us the type of earthworks, the haul routes and when you need it. We'll arrange a time to meet.
-
Step 02
Get a fixed-price quote
We confirm the scope, delivery date and price in writing, and send our terms with it.
-
Step 03
Send your methodology and spreadsheet
Payment in full is due before work starts. Then send your methodology, your haulage spreadsheet and any site plans.
-
Step 04
Review it together, in person
We sit down with you and adjust it live, from truck speeds to the sky, then deliver the final visual and video.
Local
Perth-based, and in the room with you.
We only work with earthworks contractors in Perth and WA. Reviews happen in person, so a change you want is made while you watch, not after another round of emails.
Earthworks is our background, so we speak the same language as your estimators and supervisors.
Good to know
Your spreadsheet is the calculation.
The visual shows your numbers as you give them to us. We don't check or verify your formulas, rates, quantities or methodology, and the visual isn't a design, a survey or a safety review.
Machines, people and site conditions are representative, and the visual simplifies what happens on site.
You remain responsible for your spreadsheet, your methodology and how you present the visual to your client.
Pricing
A fixed price, paid upfront.
Every job is quoted at a fixed price based on the size of the site and how much you want to be able to adjust. Payment in full is due before we start work. Prices are in Australian dollars, and our full terms are sent with your quote.
Your spreadsheet holds your rates and your pricing, so we treat it as confidential and use it only for your job. The privacy statement explains what personal information we collect and how long we keep it.
