Yes! TrenchCalc offers a free tier with basic trench volume calculations. You can upgrade to Pro tiers for advanced features like cement stabilization, testing schedules, and AI-powered tools.

TrenchCalc requires Android 7.0 or higher. The app works offline and requires minimal storage space (less than 50MB). An internet connection is needed for cloud sync and premium features.

TrenchCalc uses industry-standard formulas based on ASTM and ACI standards. Calculations account for trench geometry, compaction factors, and material properties. Results are suitable for professional estimates and project planning.

Yes! TrenchCalc supports vertical walls, battered walls, benched configurations, and stepped geometries. You can define multiple zones (foundation, bed, haunch, side fill, overlay) with different materials and culvert installations.

Use the Save feature to store projects with custom names. You can export reports as PDF or CSV files and share them via email or messaging apps. Cloud sync (Pro+) keeps projects accessible across devices.

Free includes basic calculations. Basic (Pro) adds cement stabilization, culverts, and site diary. Premium (Pro+) includes spoil management, testing, and construction planning. MAX (Pro MAX) adds AI features, photo tools, and team collaboration. See our pricing page for full details.

Subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store. Open the Play Store app, go to Menu > Subscriptions, find TrenchCalc, and manage your plan. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.

We accept all payment methods supported by the Google Play Store, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, carrier billing, and Google Play balance. Payment is processed securely by Google.

Refunds are handled according to Google Play Store policies. You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase through the Play Store. For issues beyond this window, contact our support team directly.

Try these steps: 1) Force close the app and restart it, 2) Clear app cache in Settings > Apps > TrenchCalc > Storage, 3) Ensure you have the latest version from Play Store, 4) Restart your device. If issues persist, contact support.

Double-check your input values (dimensions, units, material properties). Ensure compaction factors and density values are appropriate for your materials. If you believe there's an error, export your project and send it to support@engsitetools.com for review.

Cloud sync requires a Pro+ or MAX subscription and an active internet connection. Make sure you're signed in with the same account on all devices. Check Settings > Sync to verify sync status and manually trigger a sync if needed.
